Motivation: Motivating yourself is a big part of running, it is the mental part. Don’t sign up for a race if you feel your not ready, a race is a big step forward. You should find a really serious running partner that can motivate you to go practice. While running, don’t compare yourself to the person next to you, you should run for yourself first. Even placing last in a race is better then not racing at all. Not everyone can run as good as a pro and you need to accept that.

I think that the key to stay motivated is to get angry. Have you ever noticed that when people get really really angry they get things done? You have to get passionate about whatever it is that you want to accomplish. I also wear an exercise vest that I got from http://www.hyperwear.com and it helps me to workout all day.
