Morning Banana Diet

Just east two semi green banana’s every morning and lose weight.  Sound to good to be true.  Maybe, maybe not.  For the average person who skips breakfast entirely, jump starting your metabolism in the morning with a not too ripe banana might be just what the doctor ordered.   Of course keeping the rest of your meals lean and exercising should be important as well but the founder of the banana diet claims you can lose weight without doing that either.  Once again he may have a point but only if you are not already eating a health breakfast right now.
