Just remember that the pounds usually come back when you start eating normally again.

The diet pills or supplements purportedly work by increasing your metabolism, curbing hunger, burning fat, or by blocking absorption of nutrients. Something to note is that the FDA does not regulate over the counter diet supplements or pills. These companies do not have to show proof that their products work for rapid weight loss. You are using these at your own risk, but if you know of someone who used a product and it worked effectively, then by all means, give it a try. In general, there is no magic pill that will let you lose weight without changing the way you eat. Some pills may help you curb your hunger while you are changing your eating habits, but always use these with caution. It would be a good idea to check with your doctor before using any diet supplement.
